We use DHL and EMS for our international shipment and if you can choose DHL we suggest you use it. if you prefer other  express, please feel free to contact with us directly They usually take 10-20 working days for delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance.

If your address is PO BOX, Express will refuse to delivery so you need provide another address, thank you for your attention. We just can send this item to your ALI registered address, if you want to change the shipping address after paid, we will refund you first, and you can add the new address in your ali and pay for it again.

All parcels will be sent in 1-3days usually  upon receipt of payment (except weekend and festival)

Usually there will be a delay to show delivery status on the delivery update system; you may consider tracking your items in a few days later

All our items are tested to ensure working properly before shipping.

All our items come with a 12-month Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.

The valid period of replacement is 14 days from the date of receiving the item, if this item has any problem when arriving, please feel free to contact us and please note keep it in original condition  

It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost if this item is defective as report. Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Items returned to us without a report will not be processed. 

Please just install this unit by professional technician, also ask them to test it first before installation

Before our sending, we have checked all our items carefully, if you received a broken defective item, just keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days, just in 3 days after delivery we can make the claim to shipping company with your photo, however please note shipping company needs about 15-30 days to investigate the case, so please be patient  

For following situations, the item is out of free warranty  

Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on man-made fault  

Warranty seal removed or damaged  

Opened or repaired by unauthorized person

Installation Fees are out of our control, they must be paid by Buyer. Installation fees are not included in this transaction; they will not be refunded/covered by us or ali at any circumstances.

All the emails will be replied in 24 hours except Sunday and Festival

The price includes no VAT and customs tax, if any fees happen, buyer should pay it by himself

Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back
