At OmniPure, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or warranty service in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Returns Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. All return requests are subject to review and approval by OmniPure.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be refused or may qualify for a partial refund at OmniPure’s discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, installed, or damaged items
  • Items with missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Opened or used personal care, hygiene, or cosmetic products
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

No restocking fees are charged.


Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most products sold by OmniPure are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions only.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
