Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all continental U.S. addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

We primarily ship using trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. OmniPure is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will actively assist in tracking and resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. OmniPure is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly assist in filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement or refund when applicable.
