Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with OmniPure LLC. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, this policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund in a clear and fair way.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
- 30-day window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Proof of purchase: An order number or receipt is required.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Digital goods, software, and licenses
- Gift cards and store credits
- Customized or special-order items
- Hygiene or personal-use products once opened
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Automotive & electronics once installed or modified (unless defective)
3) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide the correct return-center address.

- Provide: order number, item(s), reason, and photos/videos if defective.
Return Address: Return-center addresses vary by product and will be provided in the RMA email. Do not ship any return without an RMA.
4) Return Shipping & Fees
- Change-of-mind: Buyer pays return shipping.
- Defective or wrong item: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping after verification.
- International: Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable. Please mark parcel as “Returned Goods”.
5) Refunds & Processing
- Inspection time: 2–5 business days after the return arrives.
- Refund method: to the original payment method.
- Bank posting: banks may need an additional 5–10 days to post funds.
- Shipping fees: original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error).
- Deductions: missing parts or signs of use may incur up to a 15% deduction.
6) Exchanges
For faster service, place a new order and return the original. Standard exchanges are processed after inspection.
7) Damaged or DOA Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Send photos of packaging, shipping label, and product for review.
8) Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product. Contact us with your order number and issue for assistance.
9) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes: possible before fulfillment.
- Cancellations: shipped orders can’t be canceled. Please request a return after delivery.
10) Country-Specific Notices
- Brazil: The recipient’s CPF/CNPJ is required for customs clearance (for both delivery and returns). Include the CPF/CNPJ on the shipping label and documents.
- EU (including Germany): Import VAT/duties may be charged per destination-country rules. If VAT is collected at checkout (e.g., IOSS for low-value consignments), it will be shown during checkout.
