Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be denied or receive a partial refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. After inspection:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was shipped.

Exchanges
