A new map has been released by the National Weather Service that highlights the areas expected to receive the heaviest snowfall. And trust us, some regions will be bearing the brunt of it.
Top 5 States Expected to See Worst Snowfall
- Michigan: Up to 18 inches expected in parts of western Michigan, with some areas seeing as much as 24 inches!
- New York: The Buffalo area is looking at around 12-15 inches, while the NYC metro area can expect up to 8-10 inches.
- Pennsylvania: Eastern PA will see significant snowfall, with totals reaching 12-18 inches in some areas.
- Ohio: The northern part of the state is expected to receive around 8-12 inches, while southern Ohio may see as much as 6-10 inches.
- Colorado: The mountains are already seeing heavy snowfall, but parts of eastern CO will also get hit with up to 8-12 inches.
