We Have A Toddler As President

Well, this is a thing that just happened. President Trump took to social media yesterday to share his thoughts on the impending snowstorms expected to hit the East Coast this weekend. And by "share his thoughts," we mean he shared a video of himself looking directly at the camera and saying... nothing. That's right, folks. For 20 whole seconds, our Commander-in-Chief simply stares straight ahead with a blank expression.

Now, we're not sure what to make of this development, but it's certainly an... interesting take on crisis communication. Some might say it's a clever way to avoid making statements that could be misinterpreted or fact-checked, while others might just call it weird.

We've seen some pretty unusual moments in politics over the years, but this one takes the cake (or at least, the snowflake). And who knows? Maybe our toddler-in-chief is secretly a master of the art of doing nothing, and we should all be taking notes.
