Video shows injured Knott's Berry Farm employee restrain guest as crowd cheers

A disturbing video has surfaced showing an injured employee of Knott's Berry Farm being restrained by a fellow worker while a large crowd cheers them on.

The incident occurred at the popular Southern California theme park and was captured on video by a bystander. According to reports, the employee had been involved in an altercation with a guest earlier in the day and was visibly shaken as they attempted to intervene again.

• The injured worker can be seen trying to restrain the unruly guest, while another employee rushes over to assist.
• But what's just as disturbing is the reaction of the crowd, which appears to be cheering on the confrontation rather than intervening to help the employees.

While it's understandable that theme park staff may have to deal with difficult guests from time to time, this incident raises serious concerns about the level of support and resources provided to employees who are put in harm's way.
