Trump's Mar-A-Lago New Year's Eve Party Featured A Moment So Cringey That The Internet Can't Stop Talking About It

Just when you thought 2022 was finally coming to a close, former President Donald Trump decided to ring in the new year with a party at his Palm Beach resort, Mar-A-Lago. And, as is often the case with high-profile events, there were plenty of memorable moments – but one stood out above the rest.

According to eyewitnesses and social media posts from those in attendance, Trump took to the stage to sing 'My Way' by Frank Sinatra at the stroke of midnight. Now, you might be thinking: what's so cringeworthy about that? Well, it turns out that our 45th President got a little...carried away.

• Instead of sticking to the tune, Trump began improvising lyrics – with results that were, shall we say, less than smooth.
• Social media users are still roasting him for his rendition, with many calling it 'cringe-worthy' and 'embarrassing.'

But hey, at least he's consistent? After all, this isn't the first time Trump has taken to singing in public – and probably won't be the last.

The Party Details You Need To Know

• Billed as a high-end bash, the party reportedly featured plenty of champagne, caviar, and other luxurious treats.
• But it wasn't all fun and games – with some attendees complaining about long lines and overcrowding.
