Trump to House Republicans: If We Don't Win Midterms, I Will Get Impeached

President Trump's remarks at a closed-door meeting with House Republicans have sparked controversy and raised questions about the President's future in office.

According to sources, during the meeting, Trump warned that if his party fails to win control of Congress in the upcoming midterm elections, he would face impeachment proceedings. The President's comments were reportedly met with skepticism by some lawmakers, who saw them as a veiled threat rather than a genuine concern.

The potential for impeachment has been on the table since before Trump's presidency began. Many Democrats have called for his removal from office due to allegations of misconduct and abuse of power. While Trump's approval ratings remain high among Republican voters, his party faces significant challenges in retaining control of Congress.

With the midterms just around the corner, all eyes will be on the election outcome. If Republicans lose control of the House or Senate, it could signal a major shift in the balance of power in Washington and potentially set the stage for impeachment proceedings against Trump.
