Trump Flipped Off An Autoworker, And The Guy's Reaction Is Now Everywhere

It's not every day that a presidential motorcade takes an unexpected detour into controversy. But yesterday, President Trump's convoy did just that - and the whole incident was caught on camera.

According to eyewitnesses, as Trump's limousine drove past a group of autoworkers on strike in Michigan, one of them gave the President a...let's say, less-than-respectful gesture. And Trump, not known for his diplomacy, flipped off the worker right back.

The whole exchange was captured by several bystanders and quickly spread like wildfire on social media. The autoworker, whose name has been withheld to protect his identity, seemed to take the situation in stride - even flashing a thumbs up at Trump's motorcade as it drove away.

• It's worth noting that this isn't the first time Trump has clashed with workers on strike. Last year, he got into a public spat with the United Auto Workers union over his administration's handling of trade policy.
• The autoworker who flipped off Trump is reportedly an employee at Ford Motor Company - and it looks like his moment in the spotlight might just give him some leverage in contract negotiations.
