But what about the cost of replacing a battery after years of use? A common concern among potential EV buyers, but one that Rachel believes is overblown. "Batteries are actually becoming more affordable by the day," she says. "And many manufacturers now offer warranties on their batteries for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles."
