Storm Could Bring Up to 11 Inches of Snow to NY, NJ
A powerful winter storm is barreling its way towards New York and New Jersey, bringing with it a potentially crippling amount of snow. According to forecasters, the two states can expect anywhere from 6 to 11 inches of snowfall by tomorrow evening.
Areas Most Affected:
- New York City (including Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island)
- The Hudson Valley region
- Northern New Jersey counties such as Bergen, Essex, and Passaic
Weather Advisories and Alerts:
Travelers should exercise extreme caution when heading out tomorrow, as roads are expected to become treacherous. In fact, the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for parts of New York and New Jersey.
