Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary Warns Job Seekers: No Bad WiFi Allowed!
Are you a job seeker looking to make a great impression on potential employers? Think twice before applying for that dream job if your WiFi at home is subpar, according to Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary. In an interview, he let loose his no-nonsense attitude, saying he'd toss resumes straight in the garbage if they came from someone with bad WiFi.What's behind O'Leary's tough stance? It all comes down to productivity and responsibility. "If you can't even get your own home network sorted out," he said, "how are you going to contribute to a team or take on new challenges at work?" Fair point, Mr. Wonderful!
So what makes for good WiFi? According to experts, it's not just about the speed – although that's important too. A reliable connection and minimal buffering are key to staying connected in today's remote world.
5 Signs You Need an Upgrade:
- Consistent dropped connections
- Slow load times for streaming services like Netflix or YouTube
- Difficulty multitasking online without lag
- Dead zones in your home or office
- Recurring router restarts
