Resident Says She Can't Open Windows Anymore Because of 'Rotten' Smell from Living Near Elon Musk's Giant Data Center

A resident in a small town near a massive data center owned by tech mogul Elon Musk is speaking out about the putrid smell that has taken over her home. The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims that the "rotten" odor has become unbearable and has even forced her to keep all of her windows shut at home.

According to reports, the data center in question is a massive facility that houses servers for some of Musk's most ambitious projects, including his Neuralink brain-machine interface and The Boring Company's tunnel digging endeavors. While the facility has generated excitement among tech enthusiasts, it appears that not everyone is pleased with its presence in their neighborhood.

The resident told our team that she first noticed the smell a few months ago, but it wasn't until recently that it became unbearable. "It's like someone poured a bottle of rotten eggs all over my house," she said. "I've tried everything to get rid of it – air purifiers, candles, even opening up the back door to let in some fresh air – but nothing seems to work."

While we can't confirm the validity of the resident's claims, it's clear that something needs to be done about the situation. Musk and his team have not responded to our requests for comment, but we'll continue to follow this story as more information becomes available.
