Powerball Winner Dec. 20 for $1.5 Billion After Florida Tickets Win Big?

It's a record-breaking win, and it's all thanks to two lucky tickets sold in Florida! The Powerball drawing on December 20th has yielded a massive jackpot of $1.5 billion - the largest prize in U.S. lottery history.

We're not sure who the winners are just yet (and we're guessing they won't be sharing their identities anytime soon!), but we do know that the winning tickets were purchased at two separate stores in Florida. One ticket was bought at a Publix supermarket in DeSoto County, while the other was purchased at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Broward County.
