Philly snow forecast: Measurable snowfall expected this weekend with bitter cold temps

Residents are advised to prepare for potentially slippery roads, reduced visibility, and freezing temps that will make venturing outside feel more like braving the Arctic than a typical Philly winter day.

• Current forecast predicts 1-3 inches of snowfall in some areas, with isolated spots potentially seeing up to 4-5 inches
• Cold air from Canada will bring temps down significantly, with lows dipping into the mid-teens and highs struggling to reach the mid-20s
• Wind chill values will make it feel even colder, so be sure to bundle up if you need to venture outside

If you're planning on hitting the roads or venturing out for winter activities like skiing or snowshoeing, be sure to check the latest forecast and road conditions before heading out.
