Philadelphia weather: Measurable snow expected this weekend with bitter cold temps

Get ready to bundle up, Philly! A winter storm is brewing and will bring measurable snow to our city this weekend, along with bitterly cold temperatures.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Philadelphia from Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon. During this time, we can expect 1-3 inches of accumulation, with some areas potentially seeing up to 4 inches.

But the real kicker is the wind chill. Temperatures will plummet overnight on Saturday, dropping into the single digits by morning. And that's not even taking into account the wind chill factor! It'll feel more like -5°F in many parts of the city.
