MTG Defends Protester Shot by DHS, Says People Need to 'Lose Their Blinders'

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has sparked controversy with her recent comments defending a protester who was shot by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officers.

During a heated debate on social media, Greene claimed that the protester's actions were "justified" and that people need to "lose their blinders" in order to see what's really going on. She also accused those opposing her views of being "incited into civil war."

The incident in question occurred earlier this month when a group of protesters clashed with DHS officers at a border patrol facility. One protester was shot and injured, leading to widespread outrage and calls for greater accountability from law enforcement.

• Greeen's comments have sparked intense debate on social media, with many calling her out for defending the use of force against protesters.
