Kristi Noem’s an Idiot’: Congressman Shreds DHS Secretary Who ‘Didn’t Even Realize That There Was Gonna Be Video’ of ICE Killing

According to reports, Rep. Raskin called out Sec. Noem for her department's role in a particularly egregious case of abuse.
