Home Depot copies Walmart with decision consumers won't like

In a move that has left many of its loyal customers feeling frustrated, Home Depot has announced that it will be implementing a new policy mirroring that of rival retailer Walmart.

The policy change affects the store's return and exchange policies, making it more difficult for shoppers to get their money back or swap out items they're not satisfied with. According to sources, the changes are aimed at reducing losses due to returns and exchanges, but critics argue that this will ultimately harm the shopping experience.

Some of the key changes include a reduced window for returning items and more stringent requirements for qualifying for full refunds. This has left many shoppers wondering what they can do if they're not satisfied with their purchases.

What does this mean for consumers?

• Returns will now be limited to 90 days, down from the current 120 days
• To qualify for a full refund, items must still be in original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage
• There may be additional fees charged for processing returns

This change has sparked an outcry among Home Depot's customer base, with many taking to social media to express their disappointment.
