Company hit with six-figure fine in crackdown on selling illegal car devices: 'All we do is bend tubes into crazy shapes for trucks'

A company that specializes in manufacturing and selling car accessories has been slapped with a hefty six-figure fine by the authorities, highlighting the growing concern of illegal car devices being sold to unsuspecting consumers.

According to reports, the company, which operates out of the US, has been accused of violating federal regulations regarding the sale of vehicle modification parts. The exact nature of the alleged violations was not disclosed, but sources close to the matter suggest that the company's products may have posed a significant safety risk to drivers.

"All we do is bend tubes into crazy shapes for trucks," said an employee at the company in a statement, attempting to downplay the severity of the situation. "We're just trying to provide customers with unique accessories that make their vehicles stand out."

However, industry experts warn that such modifications can have serious consequences on vehicle performance and safety. "These types of devices can compromise the structural integrity of a vehicle and put drivers at risk of accidents," said one expert.

The fine levied against the company is a stark reminder of the importance of regulating the sale of car accessories in the US. As consumers become increasingly enthusiastic about customizing their vehicles, it's essential that manufacturers prioritize safety above all else.
