Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Appoints Influential Group to Council

The church has named 14 men to its council, a move that reflects the organization's commitment to staying connected with modern society. One of those appointed is Ryan Pickett, known for his work as a producer on "Chosen," a faith-based web series that's gained a significant following.

Pickett joins other notable appointees, including a professor from Brigham Young University and several community leaders. Their diverse backgrounds and expertise are expected to bring fresh perspectives to the council.

As the church continues to grow and adapt, its new appointments reflect a desire to stay relevant and engaged with its global membership. With their unique blend of faith and modern sensibilities, these men are poised to make significant contributions to the church's future.
