Abandoned Southern California Mall Overrun by Vandals; 402 Police Calls Since October

The once-thriving Victoria Gardens Mall in Rancho Cucamonga, California, has been plagued by a growing problem: vandalism. According to recent reports, the abandoned mall has seen an astonishing 402 police calls since October alone.

Visitors to the site have reported finding everything from smashed glass and torn fabric to graffiti-covered walls and trash scattered across the floor. It's clear that the vandals are taking full advantage of the deserted corridors and empty storefronts.

• The mall, which was once a bustling hub for shopping and entertainment, has been closed since April 2020 due to financial struggles.
• Despite its closure, the site remains a popular spot for urban explorers and thrill-seekers looking for an adrenaline rush.

While some may view the vandalism as harmless, it's worth noting that the mall's owner has been working tirelessly to clean up the property and secure the area. The repeated instances of vandalism are not only a nuisance but also pose a significant risk to public safety.
