• Gray Digital Capital Management USA, LLC, and Gray Digital Technologies, LLC, were also implicated in the scheme, with allegations of misrepresenting investment returns and concealing material information from investors.

The SEC alleges that these schemes have resulted in significant financial losses for numerous retail investors, who were lured into investing through promises of unusually high returns on their investments.
